Seekonk Speedway officials announced today the track event schedule for the 81st season of short-track racing in 2026.

Buckle up, because the East Coast Towing Spectator Drags are roaring back into Seekonk Speedway for 2026 — and this schedule is flat-out AWESOME. Ten events. Five Thrill Shows. One epic season of head-to-head, street-legal racing you won’t want to miss.

Everett’s Auto Parts, based in Brockton, MA, is returning to Seekonk Speedway in a big way again for the 2026 season as they celebrate their 75th anniversary.   

For the third consecutive year, J&R Precast, located in Berkley, Massachusetts, has signed as the title sponsor of a NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event at Seekonk Speedway in 2026. The J&R Precast 150 featuring the stars and cars of NASCAR’s Modifieds will return to the Action Track of the East on Saturday, May 16 for this special event.

For the first time in the now 80-year history of Seekonk Speedway, the Action Track of the East has a nine-time drivers champion. David Darling added to his legacy even further in 2025, advancing into the Pro Stock Final Four in the Sunoco Drive For The Cup, and coming out on top on the final night of the season to rocket back to the head table.

Charlie Rose has been racing at Seekonk Speedway for a long, long time. Finally, in 2025, the veteran driver parked in Victory Lane on the final night of the race season, and captured the Late Model championship in the Sunoco Drive For The Cup in the process.

Adam Pettey may not have had the car to beat for the entire season, but with multiple wins and consistency, Pettey made his way into the Sunoco Drive For The Cup in 2025 looking to win two straight Sportsman titles. In the final race of the year, Pettey took his No. 57 to the front of the field quickly, and held off all challengers to become a two-time Sportsman champion.

The road to becoming a Seekonk Speedway champion for Jake Vanada started many years ago. After over a decade of trying, racing in multiple different divisions, Vanada was finally on top at Seekonk Speedway in 2025.

It had been a long time since Lenny Guy had been to Victory Lane at Seekonk Speedway. Saturday night, in the season-finale for the Sport Trucks, it was Guy who came out on top. Driving the No. 77, Guy took the top spot and never looked back en route to Victory Lane.

Seekonk Speedway has a packed weekend of excitement planned September 12-13, with drivers continuing their battle for the championship on both Fast Friday and NASCAR Saturday. On top of that, Saturday night is First Responders Night, with free admission for First Responders courtesy of IBEW Local 99, along with the annual Wall of Fame induction.
