J&R PRECAST NASCAR WHELEN MODIFIED TOUR 150 RETURNS TO SEEKONK SPEEDWAY MAY 16, 2026

SEEKONK, Mass. — For the third consecutive year, J&R Precast, located in Berkley, Massachusetts, has signed as the title sponsor of a NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event at Seekonk Speedway in 2026. The J&R Precast 150 featuring the stars and cars of NASCAR’s Modifieds will return to the Action Track of the East on Saturday, May 16 for this special event.
It will be the first of two visits for the Whelen Modified Tour in 2026 - also returning on Wednesday, July 1.
The May stop for NASCAR’s oldest touring series will mark their fifth race of the season following a race at Oxford on May 2nd. NASCAR’s top Modified competitors will battle for 150 laps around the Action Track of the East for the third running of the J&R Precast 150. A full card of local NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series action - including the Sport Trucks, Late Models and a Sportsman Triple Crown event - are also on the schedule for May 16. Tickets for the race will be available online at SeekonkSpeedway.com.
