It had been a long time since Lenny Guy had been to Victory Lane at Seekonk Speedway. Saturday night, in the season-finale for the Sport Trucks, it was Guy who came out on top. Driving the No. 77, Guy took the top spot and never looked back en route to Victory Lane.

Seekonk Speedway returns to Fast Friday and NASCAR Saturday racing action for the final time in 2025 this weekend. Track champions will be crowned in the Sunoco Drive For The Cup on both nights, all part of D. Anthony Venditti Championship weekend at the Action Track of the East.

After a trying season, defending Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaw champion Bryson Robidoux was on top for the first time in the Pure Stocks on Friday night at Seekonk Speedway.

A near perfect season continued for Richie Johnson on Friday night at Seekonk Speedway. In the No. 8 Sport Four, Johnson jumped out to the lead from the outside pole and never looked back, dominating the 25-lap penultimate race of the season for the division.

Landon Solomito appears to be peaking at the right time in the race for the championship at Seekonk Speedway. Behind the wheel of the No. 66 Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandit, Solomito picked up his sixth victory of the season on Friday night, solidifying his spot in the Championship Four.

It was a battle between a playoff contender and a non-playoff contender, for the win in Saturday’s Late Model event at Seekonk Speedway.

Tom Scully III was back in Victory Lane on Saturday night at Seekonk Speedway, putting an exclamation point on the opener of the Sunoco Drive For The Cup in the Sport Trucks. 

After a summer filled with ups and downs, defending Pro Stock champion Dylan Estrella seems to be ready to chase another crown. In the opener of the Sunoco Drive For The Cup for the Pro Stocks, Estrella started on the outside pole, jumped out front quickly, and drove away from the rest of his competition to take down the win in the playoff opener. 

After a season filled with ups and downs, Isaiah Newcomb was back on top Friday night at Seekonk Speedway. In the second round of the Sunoco Drive For the Cup, Newcomb bested all playoff contenders to take his first victory of the season in the No. 22. The former division champion found himself in a heated battle with Jacob Burns, but came out on top after tossing the lead back and forth.

For much of Friday’s Pure Stock showdown, Brent Robidoux was well on his way to returning to Victory Lane. But, a final restart put Ethan Souza in prime position to try and make a run. Souza and Robidoux raced side-by-side right down to the wire of the 25-lap round two Sunoco Drive For The Cup event, and it was Robidoux coming out on top yet again.

In the midst of the second round of the Sunoco Drive For the Cup, it was a non-playoff driver capturing victory on Friday night at Seekonk Speedway. In the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws, Luka Dib was back on top. Dib drove away from the competition to score the victory in the 15-lap main event - taking down another win on the 2025 season. 

Seekonk Speedway is set to crown champions 2025 track champions in the month of September. The Sunoco Drive For The Cup kicks-off this weekend on both Fast Friday and NASCAR Saturday, with six drivers in each division racing for the championship. On top of those six title contenders, the rest of the field will be looking to capture the trophy and improve their points position heading for the stretch run.

The Sunoco Drive For The Cup returns to Seekonk Speedway in September, as the four-week battle will crown champions across both Fast Friday & NASCAR Saturday. There are six playoff spots on the line in all nine of Seekonk’s divisions, with just three scheduled weekends of racing remaining before the fields are set.
