MEACK HOLDS ON IN THRILLING SPORT 4 SHOWDOWN

ree

SEEKONK, Mass. — Arthur Meack was back on top Friday night at Seekonk Speedway in one of the top Sport 4 battles of the 2025 season.

Over the course of the 25-lap distance in the second round of the Sunoco Drive For The Cup, Meack held the bottom groove in the race for the lead, while non-playoff contender AJ Manuel worked the outside and Richie Johnson trailed behind in third.

Manuel jumped out front and took control, but got sideways, and Meack took the advantage back to the bottom. The two raced side-by-side for many laps, with Meack holding on across the line, scoring his fourth victory of the season and putting himself in good position to race for the championship later this month.

Manuel finished second, with Johnson crossing the line for yet another podium in third. Daniel Hayes and Jacob Budzyna finished fourth and fifth, followed by playoff contenders Samantha Sleboda and Christine Cavallaro.

The Sport 4 division will return to the track on Friday, September 19, for the third round of the Sunoco Drive For The Cup. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
