SEEKONK, Mass. — Similar to the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars, the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaw division is off to an impressive start when it comes to feature winners. In four races, Ryan Vanasse Jr. now has three wins and a runner-up finish, capturing yet another win in Friday’s 15-lap feature for the division. The opening laps of the race were similar to a NASCAR race at Talladega — with Bandolero cars all over the third-mile track. Ryan Vanasse Jr. was the one in the right place when the battle shook out, driving from his fourth row starting spot to the lead and never giving up the top spot in the remainder of the race. It wasn’t easy, though — as Vanasse had to hold off Robidoux, his cousin, Collin Vanasse, and others. Those three were on the podium at the end of the 15 laps. Behind them, Andrew Gomes and Ben Morabito finished the top-five. RJ Murphy was sixth, followed by Bryson Robidoux, Zachary Keith, Dylan Calabro and Nathan Rioux. The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws will return to the track after an off week from competition on Friday, July 7 for another 15-lap feature race.
