After coming so close so many times to open 2022, Ryan Vanasse Jr. wasn’t going to be denied on Friday night. Vanasse took advantage of a mid-race mishap battling for the lead and rocketed to the top spot, never giving up the lead position over the course of the rest of the 15-lap feature on Friday, July 8. The victory was the first of the year for the driver of the Team V Racing No. 11, continuing an impressive stretch of consistency at the front of the pack. While Vanasse celebrated the win, Darren Krantz Jr. would finish second, with RJ Murphy putting together the best performance of his career, rounding out the podium in third. Parker Davis was fourth, and Nick Uhrig Jr. scored a top-five finish for the second straight race. Collin Vanasse finished sixth, followed by Bryson Robidoux, Sam Macedo, Mike Hanafin and Rodney Davis. The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits will return to the track on Friday, July 15 for another 15-lap feature.
