SEEKONK, Mass. — For the fourth time in the first five Fast Friday races, Chase Silvia was holding the checkered flag in the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws on Friday night. Silvia rolled to the point in the second half of the race and had to hold off a tough group of challengers on the final restart, but was able to win the second round of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series, a 15-lap race. Silvia’s early-season roll driving for Helger’s South Coast Power Equipment Racing has been impressive. Andrew Gomes also continued his strong start to the season in this one, finishing second, while Joey LeMay worked his way to the front and finished a strong third after leading many laps early. Adam Harrison rebounded from a mid-race problem to finish fourth, while Brent Robidoux finished the top-five. Bradley Strickland finished sixth, followed by Mikey LeFort III, Bobby Bettencourt III, Abbie Badejo and Leo Rossi. The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws will return to the track on Friday, July 8, for a 15-lap feature. The Fast Friday divisions will be off on July 1.
