NEWCOMB MAKES LATE MOVE FOR LEGENDS CARS WIN

SEEKONK, Mass. — With a fast car, Isaiah Newcomb was in the right place, at the right time, on Friday night in the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars. Newcomb used a move in the final two laps to grab the lead away from two contenders who were racing for the top spot, then drove his fastest lap on the final lap to roll to another win.



Nicholaus Bulkeley and Brendan LaBelle battled hard for the lead in the end, but a little bit of contact sent both of them up the track, and Newcomb right by. Bulkelely and LaBelle didn’t lose much, though - they were able to finish second and third after 25 laps.


Josh Parsons and Mason Tessier finished fourth and fifth. They were followed to the finish line by Kevin Davis, Cole Robie, Richie Helger Jr., Jacob Burns and Corey Martin.
