SEEKONK, Mass. — Mason Silva has been picking up the pace in the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits each time he hits the track. On Friday night, in the second race of the 2024 season, Silva captured his first career win driving the No. 31 machine. Silva held on during a late restart after a wild race to roll into Victory Lane for the first time in his career, driving for Helger’s Racing. While Silva won, the 15-lap feature was filled with ups and downs for many competitors, but kept fans on the edge of their seats. David Bernier was back on the podium in week two, finishing second in the No. 30. He was followed to the line by Jace Chaber, grabbing a strong run in third. Luka Dib, who won the first race of the year, finished fourth, while Ayla Martin completed the top-five. Kennedy Burrows and Carl Satterlund Jr. finished off the top-seven.
