LABELLE COMES FROM THE BACK FOR LEGENDS CARS WIN

SEEKONK, Mass. — In a race to beat out Mother Nature — and the rest of the field — Brenden LaBelle had to work for it on Friday night at Seekonk Speedway. LaBelle started at the rear of the 25-lap Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars feature and drove all the way to the front, rocketing to Victory Lane in the No. 4. Although it was his first win of the new season, LaBelle is no stranger to winning races on Fast Friday. 


While LaBelle made the move late and drove away with the win, the battle for second was on behind him. After a hard-fought battle, Zach Martinez came home with a strong second-place finish. It was young driver Ryan Vanasse Jr. - a former Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero winner - who grabbed his first career podium behind him, finishing in third. Chase Silvia and last week’s winner Richie Helger Jr followed in fourth and fifth.


Josh Parsons, Mason Tessier, Jacob “Rowdy” Burns, Kevin Davis and Rodney Dowless Jr. finished the top-10 spots.
