SEEKONK, Mass. — For the second straight week, the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws produced a first-time winner at Seekonk Speedway. This time, it was Andrew Gomes who rolled to the top spot, taking the No. 10 to Victory Lane for the first time. Gomes had come close for many weeks, but finally was able to knock off his first win and was ecstatic in Victory Lane. Chase Silvia, who has six wins so far this season, capped off another podium run with a second-place effort. Mikey LeFort III also returned to the podium for a second straight week, finishing in the third spot. Dylan Calabro grabbed his career best finish in fourth and Adam “Hollywood” Harrison rounded out the top-five. Bobby Bettencourt III started on the pole for the first time and finished sixth, followed by Leo Rossi, Abbie Badejo, Nathan Rioux and Bradley Strickland. The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws will return to the track on Friday, August 5 for the final round of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series.
