By Souza Media SEEKONK, Mass. — In the first two weeks of the Helger’s South Coast Power Equipment Pure Stock season, Jeremy Lambert was right there at the front of the field, but didn’t pull off a victory. In week three, he changed that. Lambert rolled to the lead early in the 25-lap race and wasn’t going to be denied, driving away into the night and rolling into Victory Lane. After three weeks, Lambert is proving to be the dominant force in the Pure Stocks. He pulled away to win by over two seconds, rolling to the flag way out front. The battle for second on back was intense, and that’s an understatement. Between Jordan Threlfall, Mike Henriques and others, the drivers beat with each other, trading paint, but somehow made it through without wrecking. Threlfall finished second with Henriques third, while Mike Rotondo and Sam Lincoln finished the top-five. Danny Massa was sixth, followed by Greg Perry, Jared Corderia, Timmy Ouellette and Bill Chouinard. The Helger’s South Coast Power Equipment Pure Stocks will return to the track on Friday, June 17, for another 25-lap feature.
