SEEKONK, Mass. — Jake Trainor and Seekonk Speedway seem to be the perfect pairing in 2023. After winning the Little 500 in Indianapolis back on Memorial Day weekend, Jake visited Seekonk for Open Wheel Wednesday on June 28 and won the NEMA Lite feature event. Saturday, driving a different car in the NEMA Lites feature, Trainor was on top once again after 50 laps at Seekonk. Trainor passed Randy Cabral to take the lead and never looked back en route to the Boston Louie Seymour Memorial victory. Cabral finished second, coming just a few laps away from winning another Boston Louie race. Chase Locke was third, followed by Kyle Valeri and Jacob Perry. Seekonk Speedway will be back on the track on Friday, July 21 and Saturday, July 22 with another full weekend of racing.
