SEEKONK, Mass. -- For the third time in five races in the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars, Devin Deshaies was celebrating in Victory Lane on Friday, June 24. Deshaies made the pass on teammate Jacob “Rowdy” Burns just before the halfway point, and had to hold off Burns, Nicholaus Bulkeley and others over the final half to take down another feature win. With a new combination this year, Deshaies has been impressive with the B&M Maintenance team, driving for Nick Lascuola Racing. Bulkeley put together his best career run, contending for the win late, to join Deshaies at the front in second spot at the finish. Brendan LaBelle posted his best career finish, scoring a podium run for the first time in third, charging through the field in the final half. Mason Tessier wasn’t far behind, finishing fourth after running up front for the whole race. Burns and Brendon Hammann both fell victim to losing their bumpers during the race, which cost them a strong finish. The Nick’s Pit Stop Legends will return to the track on Friday, July 8. The Fast Friday divisions will be off on July 1. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
