By Sam Tully Darren Krantz Jr. found himself in a familiar spot Friday night when the checkered flag waved, claiming his second win of the season in as many weeks in the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits. In similar fashion as the season opener, Krantz raced his way to the lead by lap three and went on to lead the rest of the 15-lap feature. Krantz is off to a hot start as he looks to defend his title of 2021 Champion in the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits division. Milania Shilosky is the one driver closest to reeling in a red-hot Krantz as she notched another second-place finish, crossing the line just 0.847 seconds behind Krantz. Rounding out the top-three was Ryan Vanasse Jr., getting his Bandolero Bandit into the top-three for the first time this season. Fourth and fifth place were awarded to Bryson Robidoux and Samuel Macedo, respectively. The two battled side-by-side when the green flag waved to start the feature, as well as briefly following the lap three restart. Ultimately, each settled for a top-five finish. Allyha DeSomma finished sixth, followed by Nick Uhrig Jr., Parker Davis, Mike Hanafin, and Collin Vanasse, who rounded out the top-10. The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandit division will return to the track on Friday, June 10 for another 15-lap feature.
