SEEKONK, Mass. — It had been a while since Parker Davis had parked in Seekonk Speedway Victory Lane, but he was able to get back to the top on Friday night. In the 15-lap Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandit feature, Davis held off a late charge from Nick Uhrig Jr. to win his third race of the season - but his first since week two, after grabbing the first two of the year. When Davis took the white flag out front, Uhrig closed in and took the bottom lane entering turn one. The two drivers went side-by-side for the final lap, with Davis edging out across the line at the finish by inches. Sam Macedo charged to the third spot, where he would finish, with Mason Silva and Mike Hanafin finishing off the top-five. Behind them, Ryder Aguiar, Carl Satterlund Jr. and Alya Martin finished the field. The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits will be back on the track on Friday, August 11 for another 15-lap feature.
