SEEKONK, Mass. -- Through the first month and a half of the Chaz Auto Body Sport Truck season, Brittany Campbell has been a dominant force at the front of the field. After countless podium runs to open the Seekonk Speedway season, Campbell finally broke into Victory Lane on Saturday, June 25 — ending a full night of racing with the checkered flag in her hand. Campbell chased the back bumper of Amy Arsenault for much of the main event — but when all of the marbles were on the line — Campbell wasn’t going to be denied. She worked the inside of Arsenault a few times, and eventually the two made contact, with Arsenault spinning in turn three. Campbell restarted out front and drove away, holding off Jake Vanada in the final few laps to take down the victory. Vanada finished second, while Mike Cavallaro drove to the front and finished the podium in third. Mike Duarte was fourth, and Darryl Church finished the top-five. Rick Martin finished sixth, followed by Barry Shaw, Tom Scully III, Marissa Morgan and Danny Thibeault. The Chaz Auto Body Sport Trucks will return to the track on Saturday, July 9. The NASCAR Saturday divisions will be off on July 2. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
