HEILBORN GETS THE JOB DONE FOR HIS FIRST CAREER SPORT TRUCK WIN

SEEKONK, Mass. — Ethan Heilborn continued to show in 2024 he was inching closer and closer to his first career Sport Truck win.

When the 2025 season opened, Heilborn came out swinging, scoring a top-five run to open the year. In week two, he was the man to beat. Heilborn took down his first career Sport Truck victory in the first round of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series on Saturday, May 10.

After a rough and tumble start, including a large wreck on the opening lap, the race settled in nicely with Heilborn jumping out to the lead on lap 12. From there, he led the remainder of the extra-distance to rocket into Victory Lane.

While he did that, Dane Saritelli settled in behind after leading from laps three through 11. He would cross the line second behind Heilborn, a strong run for the driver of the No. 45 machine. Opening day winner Mike Cavallaro wasn’t far behind in third, coming out on top of a challenging battle with Amy Helger, who finished right behind him in fourth. Darryl Church followed in the fifth position at the checkered flag.

Tim Bolger Jr., Tom Scully III, Lenny Guy, Andrew Rittman and Jack Brewer finished the top-10.

The Sport Trucks will be back on the track on Saturday, May 17 at 6PM for another feature event set for 25 laps. For all of the latest Seekonk Speedway news, follow the track on social media. For the most up to date information and ticket sales, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com.
