🏁 Jarred Smith Crowned 2025 East Coast Towing Spectator Drags Champion at Seekonk Speedway!

Seekonk Speedway has a packed weekend of excitement planned September 12-13, with drivers continuing their battle for the championship on both Fast Friday and NASCAR Saturday. On top of that, Saturday night is First Responders Night, with free admission for First Responders courtesy of IBEW Local 99, along with the annual Wall of Fame induction.

A special fireworks display sponsored by MEGA Disposal will light up the night sky in honor of Labor Day this Saturday night at Seekonk Speedway. As part of the annual Labor Day Thrill Show, fireworks will wrap the night of competition that includes more than five divisions of racing action - a can't miss night for families!

Two more days of short-track racing are on tap this weekend at Seekonk Speedway. On Fast Friday, there are just two races remaining before the fields for the Sunoco Drive For The Cup playoffs are set, and the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars have a major event. Their rescheduled Nick Lascuola Racing Summer Showdown will take place this week - a $2,000 to win contest set for 30 laps. Another doubleheader weekend of racing is set to return to Seekonk Speedway this Friday and Saturday night. Fast Friday returns to the track for round four on Friday, June 20, while NASCAR Saturday is back on the third-mile on June 21.

For the first time in 2025, Seekonk Speedway will welcome Thrill Show racing to the Action Track of the East this Saturday, May 24. Celebrating Memorial Day weekend, the first Thrill Show racing of the season includes the thrills and spills of the East Coast Towing & Recovery Spectator Drags, Enduro Racing, the debut of the One Way Recycling Crown Vic Cruisers and more. 

Following the action opening day, all four NASCAR divisions are ready to battle - with some drivers looking to keep their strong start to the season going and others looking to turn their fortune around from their week one finish.
