RADICAL RICK MARTIN WINS SPORT TRUCK 40-LAP SPECIAL

SEEKONK, Mass. — Radical Rick Martin has been racing for 51 years at Seekonk Speedway, and on Saturday night, he captured a victory that will go down in the record books as one of the top in his Sport Truck career.
Martin captured the win in the Seekonk Speedway 80th season Anniversary Series, a special 40-lap race, the longest event of the season for the Sport Trucks.
Martin took the lead early, then held off the field in the second half to capture another Seekonk Speedway win. It was his second of the season for the defending champion.
Dane Saritelli led laps early and finished a strong second-place, his best mark of the season. He was followed by Mike Duarte, recent winner Ethan Heilborn and Tim Bolger in the top-five.
Mike Cavallaro, Jake Vanada, Tom Scully III, Andrew Rittman and Amy Helger finished the top-10.
