BELCHER BREAKS INTO LATE MODEL VICTORY LANE

SEEKONK, Mass. — Prior to Saturday night, Chase Belcher had been the most consistent driver in the first two months of Late Model racing at Seekonk Speedway in 2025. All of those strong runs paid off with his first win of the season this time around.

Belcher used the outside lane on the final restart of the race to drive by and take control, then held off the field to win the 30-lap main event to wrap the month of June. It was the first win of the season for the Everett’s Auto Parts driver of the No. 35.

Luke LeBrun, one week after an early wreck, charged through the field to finish a strong second. Former Sport Truck competitor David Lougee, returning after some years away, now in a Late Model, scored his career best finish in third. Charlie Rose and Richie Murray finished the top-five.

Ryan Kuhn, Mark Jenison, Jacob Burns, Brittany Campbell and Andrew Gomes finished the top-10.

The Late Models will be back on the track for another main event on Saturday, July 12. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media for the latest updates.
