PARSONS GETS TO VICTORY LANE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2025 IN THE LEGENDS CARS

ree

SEEKONK, Mass. — Josh Parsons had been on the podium in all Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars races entering Friday night at Seekonk Speedway, and left it the same way - this time with the checkered flag in his hand. For the first time in 2025, Parsons captured victory in the Legends Cars division.

He took the lead from Mason Tessier on a restart late, using the outside lane, and never looked back, rolling into Victory Lane in the No. 09.

After a tough start to the season, defending champion Richie Helger Jr was back at the front of the pack, finishing second in the No. 99. Veteran Brandon Martinez followed in third, while Jacob “Rowdy” Burns continued his top-five streak to open the season in fourth and Tessier followed in fifth.

Zach Martinez, Chase Silvia, Dylan Calabro, Jake Silvia and Brody Wakefield finished the top-10.

The Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars will be back on the track on Friday, July 18 for another main event. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
