SEEKONK, Mass. — Mike Hanafin was back in Victory Lane at Seekonk Speedway on Friday night. Driving the red, white and blue No. 76, Hanafin dominated the 15-lap Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaw race to return to Victory Lane.
While Hanafin looked to drive away from the competition, Mason Silva wasn’t going to let him have an easy run to the finish. Silva wheeled close as the field took the white flag, and by the time they came off turn four to the checkered, Silva was diving to the inside looking for the feature win.
Silva came up just a few feet short, and settled for second. Ryder Aguiar was on the podium in third, while recent winner Jordan Duquette finished in fourth and David Bernier followed in fifth.
Vincent Sarro, Allyha DeSomma, Brady Connors, Nathan Zimmerman and Zachary Hall rounded out the top-10.
The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws will be back on the track on Friday, July 18 for another main event. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
