DIB MAKES LATE MOVE TO GRAB BANDOLERO OUTLAW WIN

SEEKONK, Mass. — Luka Dib found himself in Victory Lane in the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaw division Friday night at Seekonk Speedway. Dib threaded the needle many times during the 15-lap event, but passed leader Jordan Duquette on the final lap to take down his first win of the season.

Duquette looked to be heading towards his first career win before trouble struck and a caution bunched the field back up. Duquette was racing for second in turn three of the final lap, but contact between a few cars caused a wreck coming to the finish.

The final rundown included Dib in Victory Lane, followed by defending Bandit champion David Bernier, and Nathan Zimmerman in third. Mason Silva was fourth, with Vincent Sarro rounding out the top-five.

Ryder Aguiar, Duquette, Allyha DeSomma, Brady Connors and Zachary Hall finished the top-10.

The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws will return to the track on Friday, June 27, for another main event. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
