SEEKONK, Mass. — In one of the most hotly contested battles for the win the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars have seen in a while, Chase Silvia picked up his first win of the season on Friday night at Seekonk Speedway.
Jacob “Rowdy” Burns won the first two races of the year, and it was Silvia who was able to knock him off to become the newest winner in 2025 - but it wasn’t easy. The two battled side-by-side many times during the second half of the race, with both leading laps. In the end, Silvia made the move to get the lead for the final time and never gave it back.
Burns finished second, followed by Josh Parsons, who had some mid-race trouble and charged his way back up through to finish in third. Ryan Vanasse Jr. was fourth and Brenden LaBelle grabbed his third straight top-five finish to open the season.
Mason Tessier, Brandon Martinez, Jimmy “Pepe” Silvia, Zach Martinez and Brian Wilkinson Jr. rounded out the top-10.
The Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars will return to the track on Friday, June 27, for another main event. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
