BURNS MAKES IT TWO-FOR-TWO IN THE TRIPLE CROWN, THREE FOR FOUR ON THE YEAR IN LEGENDS

SEEKONK, Mass. — Jacob Burns has been dominant in the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars to open the 2025 season at Seekonk Speedway. Burns was back in Victory Lane again on Friday night, sweeping the first two rounds of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series.

Burns won the first two races of the season and finished second in week three. When week four came around, Burns got out front early, but a late caution bunched the field up. No matter, it was Burns crossing first by a few feet over Brenden LaBelle, with Josh Parsons in third at the end.

These three drivers have been on the podium in all four races so far.

Brandon Martinez and defending champion Richie Helger Jr. rounded out the top-five in the 30 lap special event.

Ryan Vanasse Jr., Mason Tessier, Isaiah Newcomb, Jake Silvia and Dylan Calabro rounded out the top-10.

The Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars will return to the track for another main event on Friday, July 11. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
