SEEKONK, Mass. — Starting seventh in Friday’s Pure Stock main event, Brent Robidoux was confident there would be an opportunity for him to get to the front. It happened just as he would have hoped, as he charged his way through the pack and came away with his third victory of the year. The defending Pure Stock champion, who won the title last year as a rookie, is off to a perfect start in his title defense.
Peter Bleau came home second, trying everything to close the gap in the final laps. Zachary Keith, who started on the front row, followed them in third. Justin Menard and Ethan Souza finished the top-five.
Crystal Murray, Greg Perry, Jared Cordeira, Bobby Bettencourt III and Mike Henriques finished the top-10.
The Helger’s Pure Stock division will return to the track on Friday, July 25. For more information and for tickets for upcoming events, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
