New for 2026, the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will visit Seekonk Speedway twice in the same year, for the first time in the history of the Action Track of the East.

Seekonk Speedway officials announced today the track event schedule for the 81st season of short-track racing in 2026.

The Tour will compete in the Firecracker 150 presented by Bethesda Leadership Group, celebrating Independence Day a few days early. It will be the second appearance of the Whelen Modified Tour at Seekonk for 2026 - also joining the J&R Precast 150 on Saturday, May 16.
