SEEKONK, Mass. — A trying summer didn’t get the No. 4 team down in the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars. Brenden LaBelle recovered to get back to Victory Lane Friday night at Seekonk Speedway, holding off some of the best in Legends Cars competition at the Action Track of the East throughout the 25-lap showdown to do it.
LaBelle’s victory earned him maximum playoff points on the night, six, but he came up just short of qualifying for the Final Four.
Non-playoff contenders Isaiah Newcomb and Brody Wakefield followed to finish on the podium.
Ryan Vanasse Jr and Chase Silvia completed the official top-five. Josh Parsons finished sixth, followed by Jake Silvia, Richie Helger Jr., Jacob Burns and Brian Wilkinson Jr.
The Final Four Championship Contenders in the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars will be Jacob Burns, Ryan Vanasse Jr., Josh Parsons and Chase Silvia.
The final race of the season for the Nick’s Pit Stop Legends Cars will take place on Friday, September 26. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media for the latest news and updates.
