Fast Friday Recap: New Winners, Winning Streaks and Championship Momentum Build at Seekonk Speedway

SEEKONK, Mass. — Mother Nature may have delayed the start of Fast Friday, but once the green flag finally waved, the action came fast and furious at Seekonk Speedway. From first-time winners to drivers extending incredible winning streaks, the second half of the 2026 Fast Friday season continues to deliver unforgettable moments as championship battles begin to heat up.

Budzyna Breaks Through in Sport 4 Triple Crown

Jacob Budzyna put together one of his strongest performances of the season, leading from the opening corner to score his first Everett's Auto Parts Triple Crown Sport 4 victory of 2026.

Starting alongside rookie Anthony Mancini on the front row, Budzyna wasted little time taking command in Turn 1. Once out front, the driver of the No. 01 planted his machine on the bottom groove and never gave his competitors an opportunity to challenge.

Samantha Sleboda charged through the field to finish second after spending much of the race searching for an opening, while multiple-time winner Arthur Meack also mounted several challenges. Budzyna's impressive drive earned him his second career Sport 4 victory and secured his place in the Triple Crown finale later this season.

Nic Lecuyer closed the gap during the closing laps but couldn't find enough speed to mount a winning challenge, settling for second ahead of John Lallier.

With five straight victories, Cavallaro has firmly established himself as the driver everyone else is chasing in the Crown Vic division.

Starting sixth, Solomito wasted little time slicing through traffic before taking over the lead. Jace Chaber kept the pressure on throughout the race and challenged after a restart, but Solomito remained in control to earn his fourth victory in just six starts this season.

Brooke Meyer battled throughout the closing laps before finishing behind Chaber, while Chase Guillemette recovered from mid-race trouble to finish fourth.

Bryson Robidoux started eighth and patiently worked through traffic before taking the lead from Peter Bleau on Lap 18. From there, he held off rookie Richie Johnson during the closing circuits to score his second consecutive victory and punch his ticket into the Everett's Auto Parts Triple Crown finale.

Johnson continued his impressive rookie campaign with another runner-up finish, while Ethan Souza completed the podium.

An early incident involving Zacarias Kelley and Brady Connors brought early excitement, but once the race settled down, Dib simply drove away from the competition.

Kelley recovered from the early contact to finish second, while CJ Satterlund earned one of the best finishes of his young Outlaw career with a third-place run.

Wilkinson raced to the front early but then spent the remainder of the feature fending off relentless challenges from four-time winner Jacob Burns, Brody Wakefield, Mason Tessier and several other championship contenders.

Each restart and every corner brought another challenge, but Wilkinson never faltered, earning the first Seekonk Speedway victory of his Legends Cars career.

Wakefield finished second ahead of Burns, while Tessier and Isaiah Newcomb both rebounded from early pit stops to complete the top five.
