BURNS DRIVES THROUGH THE PACK FOR ANOTHER LATE MODEL WIN

SEEKONK, Mass. — Jacob “Rowdy” Burns has wins in the Pro Stocks, Late Models and Legends Cars this year at Seekonk Speedway. 

Saturday night, Burns rocketed through the pack to take the lead from Richie Murray and never looked back, taking down yet another Late Model victory - this time in the East Coast Towing & Recovery No. 91MA. 

Burns missed a few weeks in the early portion of the summer with his own Late Model, then brought out the No. 91. He’s been inching closer and closer to the top, and was back there on Saturday night. 

Richie Murray continued a hot streak in the Late Models with his podium finish in second after leading many laps. Chase Belcher, the points leader, extended his lead by finishing in third. Mark Jenison and Josh Hedges followed in fourth and fifth.

Charlie Rose, David Lougee, Andrew Gomes, Ryan Vanasse Jr and Connor Souza finished the top-10.
