The closing event on the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series will decide the 2025 champion at Seekonk Speedway with the running of the USNEPower Haunted Hundred XL on Saturday, October 25th.
Three drivers will battle it out in the final event of an action-packed 10-race schedule. Jon McKennedy leads with 333 points, with Ronnie Williams at 323, only 10 points back, and Chris Pasteryak at 314, still in the hunt.
McKennedy (2014) and Williams (2019) have a Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series Championship on their resume, while Pasteryak is seeking his first. All three drivers are still searching for their first win in 2025. McKennedy has five top-five and seven top-ten finishes on the series in nine starts, with a best third-place finish at Seekonk in June. Williams has two top-five and seven top-ten finishes in nine starts, with third-place finishes at Stafford in July and Waterford in August. Pasteryak has three top-five and seven top-ten finishes in nine starts, with a season-best fourth-place finish at Waterford.
The winner of each event receives fifty points with second getting forty-six. Points then decrease by two in the top ten and then by one point for each position below tenth.
There will be many contenders vying for the win at Seekonk. Matt Hirschman has to be considered the favorite at one of his most successful tracks. He was the winner of Midweek Madness earlier this year at the series’s first 2025 visit to Seekonk in June. Hirschman along with three-time winners Ron Silk and Jake Johnson and single event winners Austin Beers and Blake Barney look for another win. It wouldn’t be a surprise if Stephen Kopcik, George Bessette Jr, Woody Pitkat, Teddy Hodgdon, Matt Swanson, or Brett Meservey find victory lane in the ultra-competitive series at the Cement Palace.
As we close the 2025 season, the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series would like to thank all seventy-one teams that competed with us. Without you and all our supporters, sponsors, and fans, none of this would be possible. Thank you for making 2025 such a special season.
