SEEKONK, Mass. — In what has become a near weekly occurrence to open the 2025 season at Seekonk Speedway, Fast Friday had another first-time winner on June 27. In the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits, Landon Heim captured his first career checkered flag.
Heim jumped out front and rolled away from the competition until Carl Satterlund Jr closed in during the final few laps. Satterlund drove to the inside in the battle for the lead on the final lap, and the two raced side-by-side to the finish. It was Heim who could come out on top in the No. 07, while Satterlund was back on the podium after 15 laps, finishing second.
Heim’s win came in the second round of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series.
Brooke Meyer joined them on the podium finishing in third. Ryan Iannarelli was fourth, followed by Jace Chaber. Elias Dib, Mackenzie Farpelha, Landon Solomito and Mya Adams, who rounded out the field.
The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits will return to the track for another main event on Friday, July 11. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
