DUQUETTE SCORES HIS FIRST CAREER BANDOLERO OUTLAW WIN

SEEKONK, Mass. — After unloading right from the start of the season with tons of speed, Jordan Duquette had been coming closer and closer to his first career Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaw win. Friday night, June 27, he etched his name into history at the Action Track of the East as another first-time winner in the second round of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series.

Duquette jumped out front, but had many challengers over the second half of the race. He had to pass opening night winner Vincent Sarro to take the lead, then hold off Mason Silva and Sarro to score the feature win.

The victory came in the 15-lap Triple Crown event, locking Duquette into the Triple Crown Final Four in the process of his first checkered flag.

Ryder Aguiar finished fourth, while Allyha DeSomma was fifth. They were followed by David Bernier, Mike Hanafin, Brady Connors, Nathan Zimmerman and Zacarias Kelley.

The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Outlaws will return to the track for another main event on Friday, July 11. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
