SEEKONK, Mass. — Defending Helger’s Pure Stock champion Brent Robidoux was back on top for the second week in a row Friday night at Seekonk Speedway. Robidoux started eighth after winning the week before, but charged his way up to the second spot in time to make a late move on a restart to capture another feature win in the 25-lap race.
Robidoux used the outside groove on the start to drive around leader Peter Bleau and take the feature win. In his best run of the season, Bleau was right there in second at the finish. They were joined on the podium by Matthew Talbot in third. Crystal Murray and Mike Henriques followed in fourth and fifth.
Zachary Keith, Greg Perry, Ethan Souza, Justin Menard and Bryson Robidoux finished the top-10.
The Helger’s Pure Stocks will return to the track for another main event on Friday, July 11. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
