SEEKONK, Mass. — A look back in time gave Colbey Fournier exactly what he needed Saturday night at Seekonk Speedway. Fournier dusted off a notebook filled with notes, applied some adjustments to his No. 16 Pro Stock, and hung on over the final few laps to capture his first win of the 2025 season on NASCAR Saturday night.
Fournier was out front in the final stages with eight-time champion Dave Darling starting to close the gap. As the field crossed the white flag, Darling was underneath Fournier, trying to find the way around. But, as the field came to the checkered flag, Fournier was able to hang on. He beat Darling by .063 seconds across the stripe to take down his first win of the season.
Darling finished second, with defending champion Dylan Estrella scoring a third-place run. Recent winner Nick Lascuola was fourth, followed by Vinnie Arrenegado. Mark Jenison, Jacob Burns, Bobby Pelland III, Andrew Gomes and Daryl Stampfl rounded out the top-10.
The Pro Stocks will be back on the track for the finale of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series, set for 65 laps, on Saturday, August 9. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
