CORDEIRA GETS BACK TO PURE STOCK VICTORY LANE

Updated: 6 days ago

SEEKONK, Mass. — Former Helger’s Pure Stock champion Jared Cordeira rocketed to the front of Friday’s 25-lap feature and came out on top, winning for the first time this season.

Cordeira had to hold off the charges of Brent Robidoux over the final laps, who was closing in and trying to mount a charge to the win.

Robidoux would settle for second, a strong run for the defending champion. Crystal Murray, who moved up to the Pure Stocks from the Sport 4 division this season, finished in third, her best career run in two starts.

Mike Henriques and Danny Massa finished off the top-five in Friday's main event.

Steve Aubin, Matt Talbot, Zachary Keith, Bryson Robidoux and Ethan Souza rounded out the top-10.

The Helger’s Pure Stocks will be back on the track on Friday, June 13, for another 30-lap feature, in the first race of the Everett’s Triple Crown. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media for the latest news and updates.
