PETER BLEAU WINS THE SEASON FINALE, MATT TALBOT CLAIMS PURE STOCK TITLE

SEEKONK, Mass. — In the five feature races on the final night of the Fast Friday season, all but one had the eventual division champion also win the race. In the Pure Stocks, it was a different story.

Non-playoff contender Peter Bleau jumped out front and drove away from the competition to capture the victory in the finale 30-lap race of the year.

In the championship fight, it was decided by the race for second. Matt Talbot held off a hard charge from defending champion Brent Robidoux, and Talbot earned the 2025 Pure Stock championship.

Robidoux settled for third in the race and second in the overall standings at the end of the season, while Mike Henriques and Ethan Souza, the other two Final Four contenders, were right there behind them across the line in fourth and fifth after 30 laps.

Seekonk Speedway will release the 2026 Fast Friday schedule in the offseason. For more information on the final racing events of the year at Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media for the latest news and updates.

Must be an exciting way to close out a season. There is something special about a finale where one driver takes the win and another secures the title, because it shows how racing rewards both big moments and steady effort. I have always liked how local tracks bring out real passion, with people cheering like they personally know every car on the track. Sports are like that in life too, sometimes glory comes from one perfect night, and sometimes from showing up every single week. Funny enough, even browsing https://spark-driver.pissedconsumer.com/review.html feels less intense than a close race finish like this one.
