SEEKONK, Mass. — Danny Massa dominated Friday’s opening round of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown in the Helger’s Pure Stock division at Seekonk Speedway. Massa started from the pole position and never gave up that spot, rocketing to the lead and capturing the top position for all 30 laps.
It was the first win of the season for the veteran, who locked himself into the Triple Crown finale in August.
He was joined on the podium by defending champion Brent Robidoux and Ethan Souza. Both of these drivers have been on the podium before this season and are inching closer to victory lane.
Matt Talbot and Rookie of the Year contender Zachary Keith rounded out the top-five.
Jared Cordeira, Mike Henriques, Peter Bleau, Bobby Bettencourt Jr and Greg Perry finished the top-10.
The Helger’s Pure Stocks will return to the track on Friday, June 20, for another main event. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media for the latest news and updates.
