SEEKONK, Mass. — Jace Chaber was in Victory Lane for the first time in his young career on Friday night at Seekonk Speedway. Driving the No. 45 in the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits, Chaber took the lead on lap five and never looked back, holding off the hard charges of a few others to take down the feature race win.
Chaber’s success came in the first race of the 2025 Fast Friday season - one that brought 13 Bandits to the track, showcasing Seekonk's youth stars.
Mason Goodale, son of NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour standout Eric Goodale, made a trip to Seekonk along with his brother Wyatt, and was able to come home second. Wyatt wasn’t too far behind - finishing in sixth after 15 laps. The two New York natives now turn their attention to watching their father compete on Sunday in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour J&R Precast 150.
In third at the checkered flag was Landon Solomito, followed by Carl Satterlund and Ryan Iannarelli, finishing the top-five in the first race of the season.
Wyatt Goodale was sixth, followed by Leighton VanHouten, Mya Adams, Elias Dib and Broke Meyer.
The Seekonk Grand Prix Bandolero Bandits will be back on the track on Friday, June 6, for another main event. Their second race of the season is set for 25 laps. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
