LAMBERT WINS SPORTSMAN TRIPLE CROWN ROUND TWO

SEEKONK, Mass. — Colby Lambert has been one of the most consistent drivers in the first five Helger’s Sportsman races of the year at Seekonk Speedway. Driving the No. 54, Lambert was in Victory Lane for the second time this season on Saturday night - winning round two of the Everett’s Auto Parts Triple Crown Series.

Lambert jumped out front as the field battled behind him and drove away in the final laps to win by over two seconds over the competition.

Adam Pettey finished in second, followed by Jeremy Lambert.

Scott Serydynski Jr rebounded from some mid-race trouble to finish in fourth with Doug Benoit doing the same to finish fifth.

Nick Brightman, Nick Wood, Chris Rioux, Dean Pettey and Justin Lema finished the top-10.

The Helger’s Sportsman will be back on the track on Saturday, June 28, for another main event. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media.
