SEEKONK, Mass. — Justin Leduc is off to a picture perfect start in the Sunoco Drive For The Cup in the Sport 4’s at Seekonk Speedway. Leduc captured his second straight victory on Friday night, jumping to the front quickly then rolling to the win in the 25-lap feature. With his second victory, Leduc is now locked into the Final Four in the playoffs, based on playoff points. Leduc has a total of 12, and even if he is the last finishing playoff car next week, he will still qualify for the Final Four. Richie Johnson followed Leduc to the line in second after 25 laps, his second consecutive week in the runner-up spot. They were followed by Arthur Meack in third, and playoff drivers Matt Pion and Taylor Bowser in fourth and fifth. Sam Mattera, Daniel Hayes, playoff contender Crystal Murray, Christine Cavallaro and Andrew Rittman rounded out the top-10. Unofficially, the current Final Four drivers would be: Leduc, Johnson, Pion and Duhancik. The Sunoco Drive For The Cup continues for the Sport 4's with the third of four events on Friday, September 20, at 7 p.m. For more information on Seekonk Speedway, visit SeekonkSpeedway.com and follow the track on social media for the latest news and updates.
