CHURCH HOLDS OFF VANADA THIS TIME FOR SPORT TRUCK WIN

SEEKONK, Mass. — With just a few laps to go in the Chaz’s Auto Body Sport Trucks on Saturday night, it looked like it might finally be the night for Darryl Church. After coming away second the last time out after leading much of the race, this time, he got the job done. Church drove his No. 4 to pick up his first win of the season in the 25-lap feature.



Jake Vanada, who passed him for the lead in the final laps the week prior, charged through the pack and came away second this time around. Mike Duarte continues to show his consistency, charging through the field himself to finish in third. Tom Scully III and Lenny Guy rounded out the top-five after 25 laps.


DJ Thibeault, Rick Martin, Mike Cavallaro, Marissa Morgan and Dane Saritelli followed.
