SEEKONK, Mass. — Mike Brightman started on the pole in Saturday’s Pro Stock main event, and found himself in Victory Lane at the end of 40 laps. Brightman jumped out front and led the entire distance, returning his ride to the top spot. Brightman, carrying tribute colors this season, has had a season filled with ups and downs so far. As he heads for the Sunoco Drive For The Cup, Brightman might be finding his groove at the right time. Dylan Estrella passed Vinnie Arrenegado in the final laps and tried to make a move, but ran out of time. They finished with Estrella second and Arrenegado in third. Mark Jenison and Colbey Fournier finished fourth and fifth. They were followed by Dick Benoit, Chris Gomes, Danny Thibeault, Rick Martin and Billy Joerres. The Pro Stocks will return to the track for the first race of the Sunoco Drive For The Cup on Saturday, September 8.
