Modifieds
A New England staple, these open wheel machines weight 2,610 pounds, and are powered by small block 350 to 360 cubic-inch motors.  The cars have a wheelbase of 107 inches, and run on big, Hoosier bias-ply tires.  The Modifieds compete throughout the eastern United States on tracks ranging from ¼-mile bullrings to the Magic Mile at Loudon, NH.
