Seekonk’s action-packed Street Stock division has been a part of the weekly action since 1985. Previously, the track hosted a Street division in 1971 and from 1974-1980. With lots of three and four-wide racing action, the Street Stocks serve as an excellent training ground for newcomers to the sport and those hoping to move up to the Late Model and Pro Stock classes. These cars utilize production frames, and have restrictions on modifications to the body, suspension and engines. Street Stock racing offers competitors a chance to learn the basics of racecar set-ups. This division is open to drivers with minimal to no racing experience 16 years of age or older.
