This exciting second tier class may look the same as the Pro Stocks, but contains some essential differences not immediately noticeable. The Late Models, previously known as Sportsman from 1991-2003, are powered by a spec GM crate engine with over 355 hp, and run on 8-inch racing slicks. This is an ideal stepping stone to the Pro Stock division. All drivers must possess some degree of racing experience in order to complete.
